<b>SupplyPlus Terms of
Use</b>

Plus application and providing your personal information, you are agreeing to
the terms outlined in this agreement. The term \\\\\\\"the company\\\\\\\" or
\\\\\\\"we\\\\\\\" refers to Supply Plus, which is registered in the Kingdom of
Saudi Arabia. \\\\\\\"You\\\\\\\" or \\\\\\\"the user\\\\\\\" refers to anyone who uses
the Supply Plus application. If you do not accept these terms, you must
discontinue use of the application. Collection&nbsp;of Personal Data&nbsp;We do
not collect any personal data as you browse the store until you opt to use our
service and benefit from it. At that point, we collect only the following
personal data:

 <li>Name</li>
 <li>Email address</li>
 <li>Mobile phone number</li>
 <li>Purchase history&nbsp;</li>
 <li>Location and address (activation of the GPS feature may
     be required in some cases)</li>
</ul>

Use of Personal
Data&nbsp;We collect the above data for several purposes:

 <li>Registration within the application</li>
 <li>Personalizing your shopping experience to optimize
     interactions with Supply Plus</li>
 <li>Determining delivery timeframes for your orders</li>
 <li>Informing you about ongoing promotions</li>
 <li>Communicating with you</li>

<span>E-Payment
Processing&nbsp;Supply Plus utilizes a reputable third party for processing
electronic payments. This arrangement does not cover users who opt for \\\\\\\'pay
upon delivery\\\\\\\' during the shopping process. This third party may request credit
card information and access to your contact list.&nbsp;Data Privacy&nbsp;We
prioritize the privacy of Supply Plus users and strive to protect it using
advanced technologies. We do not sell, share, disclose, or transfer your personal
data to any third party without a valid reason. However, we disclaim all
liability for any breaches that may occur due to vulnerabilities in your
communication setup.&nbsp;Data Modification&nbsp;You may modify your personal
data by logging into your account on the app, contacting customer service via
the \\\\\\\'Contact Us\\\\\\\' button in the app.<br>
&nbsp;Policy&nbsp;Prices within the Supply Plus application are subject to a
15% VAT&nbsp;<br>
Return Policy&nbsp;Should you find a defect in the products or are dissatisfied
with their quality or expiry dates, you may file a complaint with our customer
service office either by sending an email to&nbsp;Info@supplyplus.app&nbsp;to
initiate a product replacement or return.&nbsp;Modification of Terms of
Use&nbsp;Supply Plus reserves the right to update its Terms of Use at any time
by modifying, adding, or deleting terms.&nbsp;The date of the last update can
always be found at the bottom of this page.<br>
Governing Law<br>
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia. Any disputes arising from the use of the Supply Plus application will
be adjudicated in the courts of Riyadh. By agreeing to these terms, you consent
to be bound by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.<br>
